- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 24, 2020, by Benjamin WestI pre purchased 3000 gallons for my buildings this year, and am set up for automatic delivery. My 90 year old tenant called me to tell me the heat was out. Webster Heating was on site immediately and identified that the fuel was empty. Totally unacceptable. I call the emergency line several times and they cannot contact their "on call" driver. Ridiculous. Meanwhile I'm wondering if my Tenants are going to be okay or if my pipes are at risk of freezing tonight. I'm going to be sending my 5000 gallons of oil purchase elsewhere next year! Disgusted with the service I'm receiving.
