  First thing an employee should be taught is how to run a gift card and step by step instructions should be available at all times to their employees. Have 2 $100 gift cards my husband won during CN Brown's MS golf tournament. I've been to 2 different Big Apple stores, one in West Paris and one in South Paris neither one's employees could run the gift card correctly. Needless to say I left the store without my purchase and went to a Circle K instead. Now I know why I don't ever go to Big Apple stores unless I'm desperate.

  I am extremely disappointed with C.N. Brown's policy on an Emergency Situation! My friend is a customer with C.N. Brown and ran out of oil, due to waiting for Fuel assistance. My friend is also disabled. So, I offered to purchase fuel to assist. When I called C.N. Brown, I was told there would be a $20.00 fee for ordering less than 100 Gallons. I understood this! But, I was then told there would be an additional fee of $100.00 to deliver fuel in an Emergency- even though she is a customer. She lives four miles from C.N. Brown, but I was told this did not matter!! This is a travesty. Especially, when someone is Disabled! This Policy should be changed! I will be contacting BBB and the State Attorney General.

  I am very disappointed into this company I am very disappointed in the way that they handle situations I am very discouraged that my girlfriend has gotten terminated for something that supposedly happened that never happened in the way that was told..... she never have seen no paperwork that was written up against her.. the manager received the paperwork and sent it right into corporate office I thought the rules was any write ups that is against you that that person is supposed to see any right up against them and it supposed to sign them but she did not even see them at all.. .she was told by other employees that she was needing to talk to the manager right away because she was into trouble.... we came back from vacation and no management of any kind contacted her about any situation that was going on she was automatically terminated and did not know anything about it.. till she contacted the manager in the manager talk to her ask her questions about the situation that was going on she told her side of the story and that was the end of it.. she never got a chance to tell her side of the story Ann to see what was said about her in the write ups... she finally contacted management again and was told that she has it right up against her saying something about another person and the and the other write up was something to do with me going in when she was off the clock before she even punch in and I was having a conversation with one of the employees that was working at the time before my girlfriend took her place and she went to management and SAT there in made lies about what was said and how the situation really was ... supposably supposably she got into trouble for something that I supposedly did and they said that I was up in all over that employees face and was screaming and hollering at her.. also funny that that day that she had me buying her cigarettes for her through the register and we was laughing and kidding about our past lives and how we knew each other if supposedly I was threatening her in that situation n in her face... my girlfriend worked 53 to 72 hours and was called in whenever needed and always win in and help management and employees did not show up for work she has a bad leg and was not supposed to be working long hours as she was doing but she did it anyways because she loves her job she love the people that she worked with but she is very disappointed in this whole situation and that and cannot believe of the bed talking in the bed talking of all these lies that they say has happened I cannot believe that the management that she worked with before she was switched over to the other store does not believe her and is not trying to fight for her when she knows that she never had any problems with my girlfriend and all of a sudden she worked over at this new store in the first day of working there in the second day of the third day she had a write up supposed to leave that she was shot in her drawer and stuff and when she looked over at the other store that was never ever no complaints on her no shortages no problems ever so I think that they should be an investigation into why all of a sudden when she switched over to this other store all of these problems all of a sudden happened like I said I am very disappointed in Cn Brown Corprate company
